No safe way to do it. Distillation perhaps, but that's not safe as sulphate fumes are not that good for you.

Grab the stock bottle and make up a fresh solution.

Safe? Concentrated sulfuric acid is never safe, but you can concentrate a solution by heating it slowly up to the boiling point of water. This will drive off the H2O which has a lower bp than the acid.

There is some hazard and some loss, and you can't get concentrated sulfuric from it without heating it much hotter.

evaporate off the water at your own hazard. i'd just buy concentrated sulfuric
