That depends on which vampire movie. There are several which star Bela Lugosi and a hunchback.
In Dracula, Renfield was played by Dwight Frye.
In Return of the Vampire, the servant was played by Matt Willis.
There are others also, but there area so many it's hard to find them all. These are the two I knew of already.

Lon Chaney played a vampire in London After Midnight but this film did not star Bella Lugosi
Dracula, starring Bella Lugosi, was in 1931

Vanay is right about "Nosferatu: the Vampire" being the first vampire flick. I have a copy on DVD. It is worth watching sometime, when you get the chance.
Other than that, there are WAY TOO MANY vampire movies to be able to answer your question easilly. You will need to have the title of the movie you are seeking information about to get a real answer.
However - even with that title in hand, you may be disappointed. Many "extras" were not credited in very early movies, so even IMDB.COM might not have the name you are seeking.
Bela Lugosi (a man) was in many vampire movies during his career. Horror was his main genre. But, if you have the title of the movie, you can look him up on IMDB.com and then seek out that movie in his credits, and find out who was in it with him.

Tha characters "Igor" and "The Hunchback (of Notre Dame)" are not part of the Dracula lore and were, therefore, not in the original "Dracula" movie with Lugosi. Lon Chaney was the original Hunchback of Notre Dame, and I believe others have posted who played the original "Igor" in the film "Frankenstein."

The name of the actor is Dwight Fryre. he is also in James Wale's "Frankenstein" as Dr. Frankenstien's assistant. Also rocker Alice Cooper has a song on his 1971 album Love You to Death called "The Ballad of Dwight Fryre".
Bella Lugosi would later play the hunchback Igor in later Frankenstein movies.

Jim the cost in this one. do not overlook that i'm 80 myself yet even as i became very youthful I were given to satisfy and spend the summer season with my Uncle Walter who became round 80 2 on the instantaneous. Andy Clyde (this actor is going some time previous in time and most of the more youthful persons would not in any respect have heard of him, performed part kick roles plenty) will be a installation image of Uncle Walter.
