k&n is the best for air flow but you must remember the more air flow the more dust flow you are dirting your motor stick with the manufacture suggested or oem replacement k&N only hurts you in the long run

K&N or FRAM AIR HOG (they are the exact same filter but if it is a guy buying it for himself they usually get the K&N where women buying gifts will get the AIR HOG because the little hogs on the box are cute-lol )

must be the gasoline pump or the gasoline clear out. It looks like its no longer getting any gas to the carb. i could replace the gasoline clear out first, its greater inexpensive than a gasoline pump. My cousin had to swap the gas tank on a truck he had that replaced into doing a similar element,via fact the gas tank replaced into previous, had rust in it and it keep clogging up the gasoline clear out after he ran it a on a similar time as.

the stock one- the oil from a k & n filter can ruin the mass air flow sensor if the truck has one. learned that in gm school

Stick with the K & N, remember you get what you pay for. Just remember to clean it now and then.

K&N is excellent. Amsoil is making some that are comparable to K&N.
