Batman! Instead of brute strength or other powers, he uses logic to solve crimes and then kicks their butts using cool gadgets! And don't forget the Batmobile! Coolest car ever....need I say more?

I think Superman is but I liked the Spiderman movies way better.

SUPERMAN IS KING HE flosses his teeth with spiderman's web and takes out Batman's car on the weekends. Combined they are no match for the boy in blue.

Spiderman by far!
Sure Batman is good, but he just has gadgets(and is a millinare).
I don't like Superman because he really can't die. The only thing that can kill him is kyrptonite,(sp?)but the only place you could get that is Planet Kyrpton(which is probally lightyears away((yes I know it doesn't exist)). I only like his symbol.
Spiderman has intresting villians, better movies, and is human(expect the spider powers part). In my opion he has a better costume(and name). I also like the fact that he is a photographer.
Of coarse, this is all my opion.

Depends on your criteria.....Batman has no "special" powers....a good argument could be made for him....Superman is not an earthling....does this disqualify him....Spiderman is an earthling and was "given" special powers.....
I have to go with Spiderman
