I'm a Pisces....and I've read A LOT about astrology (especially when it comes to Pisces)
Three best matches for pisces are:

I have dated all three of the "best match" signs...and the one with a Capricorn lasted five years...the Scorpio didn't last long, but the Taurus I am currently dating and it's been 7 months...and still going very strong...

A Pisces is best with an earth sign (Taurus, Capricorn or Virgo). Depending on the other persons chart, anyone with a strong earth influence can calm and focus a Pisces when others cant.

Wow, I seen some answers and they look great. I can tell by experience and because I used to dwell in Astrology is that Cancer and Aquarius are the top compatibility of the signs. Leo are good companion and with the right person, you can live a long happy life. But if you are looking for a good relationship with someone, don't dwell on the signs. In Chinese Astrology, I am a dog. A metal one at that, lol. My girlfriend is a sign of a Dragon and according to the signs, we suppose to be sworn enemies. But, I love my girlfriend dearly. :-).
