Sure someday but cleveland is more cursed than any other city boston and chicago were winers about baseball but in that span chicago had the bears and the bulls and boston had the celtics and the early pats, cleveland hasn't won a championship since the nfl championship not the superbowl in the 50's their last world series win was 42, not to mention that 2 of their games have legendary endings in the drive and the fumble.

if every other team goes on strike for the entire season then yes they have a very good chance. but even then they still might lose.
