That is a tricky question to answer. Audi currently has 3 flavors of all wheel drive.

"Traditional" Quattro is an inline (front to back) engine with center differential designed to be a 50/50 split of power, but can go as much as 95% to the front or rear, left side or right. The A4, A6 and A8 use this type. The Audi TT has a transverse mounted engine (left to right) and uses a different setup that gives a little more "front wheel" bias. The third style is used in the S4/RS4 which purposefully give a little more rear wheel bias to give it a sportier feel.

Under normal condition Audi is 50/50 where as Subaru is 55/45 60/40 depending on who you ask.

They do, its available when you take the Multitronic 6 gearbox on the RS4, RS6, S4, S6 and all the other sports versions. Its available only as an option on the auto box.
