It can hide under flawed democratic process such as the US. Once a Corporations get one of their pawn elected, it can impose their will and exploit the populations .

And so, there is not such thing as a TRUE AMERICAN anymore ; there's BP, Esso Imperial, Shell , Exxon and other profit making WAR Corporations, but the AMERICAN PEOPLE itself do not exist, it has been buried long ago with its CONscience by tts own ignorance and THEIR TVs..

Some people think that it is cool to be perverse. Hatred of one's country should be followed with a one-way trip somewhere else but that will not happen as most people have it too good here. There are also those who hate the USA because of what happened 200 years ago plus those who hate for religious reasons or fo no reason at all. Ignore the haters unless they are causing damage. Once they no longer have a soapbox to stand on the rhetoric winds down.

The problem is, people hate the government, and they may even hate the people in America. The country is full or racists, bigots and the like. But then again, it always has been.

I feel Americans "hate" America more now because the rest of the world is looking at us, which makes us all pay more attention to what is going on.

Very few Americans "Hate" America. There is no human construction including Government that can't be improved. Depending on your point of view the improvement in America could go in different directions, thus people will criticize. It is great that we are still free to do so. (Or at least we think we are)

I don't hate America. I am very glad that I am lucky enough to live here. I am glad that I am free to work where I want and to get a good education. I am glad that I can chose which Religion I believe in (even though the ACLU is trying to rub it out). This is a great place to live and it's all what you make it out to be.
