If your rabbit has a rash under his neck it could be one of a couple of things:

The feeder could be to small and he is having a tough time getting his head into it. He could also have fur mites or some kind of mold or mange in the fur.

If he has it happening on the inside of his back leg it is probably either some sort of parasite or he is not getting fed the correct diet. What are you feeding him? If you are feeding him a lot of vegetables or things besides his rabbit pellets he may not be getting all of the nutrients he needs. It's hard to say exactly without seeing it in person. You need a rabbit savvy veterinarian. Many vets are used to just treating cats and dogs and don't know how to treat much else. Also, if you have two rabbits together, they other rabbit may be chewing the fur off him. You may want to contact the American Rabbit Breeders Association at www.arba.net to see if they have any veterinarians around your area that they would recommend.

Take him to the vet. If this vet doesn't know how to handle rabbits, find another vet that specializes in exotic animals. Your bun could have a number of things: blocked scent gland (found under the chin) which can turn red and cause a blockage or an abcess. Either way, get your bunny to a vet, as both of these need to be taken care of by a professional.

We can't, we are on the internet. Your vet has spent 7 years in Higher Education to learn how to be a gp and surgeon and dentist to anything that comes in through the door. Vets can handle Rottweillers.
So just take the rabbit to the vet.

Could be a burrowing parasite (cuterebra), and abcess or infection, an allergic reaction, ringworm, or a host of other things. If he goes crazy when you try to touch the spot, that should be an obvious clue that it is very painful! Get him to a vet NOW!

Get him into a box or pet carrier and get him to the vet. They can restrain or sedate him from there to get a better look at it.

take him to the vet because if you cant look at it it will probably only get worse. And check your cage to make sure there isnt something in their hes hurting him self on. Also you may want to scrub the whole thing down in case theres something that hes allergic to in there. If that doesnt work start checking the diet your feeding him.

Has your rabbit been with a lady rabbit with a bad reputation?? If so, it may have a STD.
