Scan the board game on you scanner and save the image as a file on your computer.
Save-click the down arrow as the top and choose Desktop, that way you will know where it is.
Open an email and like attachment. Find the file and attach it.
send the email.
Remember that board games are big and you will probably not be able to fit the whole thing on one scan.
You could try reducing the size, but all scanners are different.

Do a search of the web for VASSAL. This is a windows based program that allows you to play board games over the net. You need to download the program on both computer and then see if someone has scanned the game for you. I have used this to play war games and to play checkers. Great program and it has a large following.

FedEx it, if that doesn't work use UPS, even if that doesn't work go with DHL. or just email it. If all fails take it there yourself. Once there, take the game out and tape it on their monitor.
