I mean what is the good way to make refresh or how can you renew your soul if you get bored from evey thing??

think positively.........do the right things to others............be more clean in every aspect of your life,.................care for the elderly............care for the widows,..............care for the poor............care for yourself..............and above all show the love that you have inside you, to others and to God.
