Yes- it is still very possible as 10 days is a little too early to test. The best time is at least two weeks after a missed period, and a blood test is the most accurate way of testing. So I would wait another couple days. Though rare, there are some women that it takes a few months to show a positive, but a blood test is still the most accurate way.

Blood tests performed at a hospital or doctor's office are the ONLY way to get TRUE test results. At -home tests no matter what the commercials say of how accurate they are, are NOT a good indicator. You are most likely NOT pregnant, and you are just having "phantom" feelings. Have your doctor give you a blood test if you haven't already. You may be a little anemic, that is why you are dizzy and the tenderness of the breasts is because any day you will get your period. Take this as a little "warning" to use protection next time, and take it easy, drink fluids and eat healthy.

It is possible, but your period could be late due to stress or other factors. I would wait another week and if you don't get your period go and see a doctor. Their tests are more accurate and if it is not pregancy they might be able to help you find out why, and put you on birth control so this doesn't happen again! If you are young find a family planning center near you, if you are too afraid to go to your parents. I've been there and done that so I know how scary it can be. You can email me if you have any questions.

It's probably all in your head, especially if you had a blood test confirm that you are not pregnant. It's funny how we take on certain symptoms when we think something is going on that really isn't. You're probably 10 days late because you are stressing out about it, which can delay your menstrual cycle.

The pregnancy test are extremely accurate. There are lots of reasons a period can be late - including stress about worrying if you are pregnant. Relax - if you have had 2 negative tests - you are not pregnant.

What kind of tests were they? cheap, ept, etc? Is there a planned parent hood or free clinic where you live? I would go there and see if you can get a pregnancy test just to make sure. I think I would have to agree that you are probably not pregnant. Good luck :)
