Alliteration.

Alliteration is when the words start with the same word or beginning sound.

The Betty sentence also has consonance, where the sounds within words is repeated. Technically, alliteration is consonance at the beginning of words.

The Betty sentence has assonance, as well, with the repeated vowel sounds.

In all cases, the sounds are what's important, not the spelling.

i've got in basic terms heard trot and canter being different. confident, in a western ring whilst they desire you to trot they are asserting jog and in the event that they desire you to canter they are asserting lope. In an english ring they are asserting walk, trot, canter. there is no longer a distinction for gallop. considering the fact that i'm especially an english rider and characteristic continually mentioned trot and canter, they're the words I certainly use, yet a brilliant number of western riders will certainly use jog and lope. i've got faith in a western excitement type that's greater proper to assert jog than trot besides, considering the fact that english commonly asks for greater forward circulate than a western excitement type. yet confident, those are the transformations :D

Are you talking about alliteration? The repetition of the same sound again and again?
