I would assume you have access to Michigan newspapers. If you do, look in the classified section under the heading "public announcements" or "Announcements"
If you are not in Michigan, maybe you can find a bookstore in your area that sells out of town newspapers that you could buy. Most storage places have their auctions on Saturday mornings, and they usually start at 10:00-10:30 a.m.

We usually just watch the local newspaper. I don't think there's a website for all storage auctions.
