its at www.tigerdirect.com its top of the line it will run every thing just type computers in the search bar and click gaming PCs. and their will be a list from $500 to $2,000

Well probably Dell. But I would recommend skipping Elder Scrolls and just getting world of warcraft.

See what the game recommends as both bare minimum and what the prefernce is. If you have a small budget - go inbetween. Brand name is immaterial.
