You mean no one left on the Earth or relationship-wise?
No one left on Earth: A common fantasy.
No relationship: A lot of people have done it. I don't think it's selfish.
No human contact: Communication immunity, breeds animosity and fear.
Try taking a sabbatical. There are a lot of people in history who have. Buddha was one, Jesus another. Who knows? It could lead to big thought and ideas.

Otherwise, carry on. Life's a journey better taken as a passive observer than an active member. It bogs the learning process. Unless you want to make a difference.

I hope not. I'm an only child who grew up in the woods, isolated from just about anyone. I didn't have any friends to speak of, so I just had my family. It was hard to get accustomed to having people around. I can see how someone would just want to stick with what they were used to.

No, it would be selfish to be with someone else knowing you really just wanted to be alone, and making them suffer through it. So kudos to you for at least knowing what you want.

nah dont think so i think that sometimes, but its better to know that u wanna be by urself instead of having a girl come into ur life and then hurting her cause u dont wanna be with her or u just wanna be to urself. whatever makes u happy. atleast get a dog :) man's best friend.

no, I think it doesn't matter if your alone or not selfish means you are not generouse and you only think about yourself it doesn't mean you want to be alone i think that is nice you give yourself respect for privacy.
