You'd be better keeping your watch set to British time and taking the pill at the correct time. The first and last few pills in a packet are the most important to take at the right time to ensure proper contraceptive cover. And if you don't want to get your period when you're on holiday you can just start taking the next pack as soon as you finish this pack - it's totally safe and saves you ruining your holiday!!!

If you want them to be effective wait to take the second pill. Just put it in your purse and wait to take it when you would normally take it.

it depends on what pill you're on..... but is not an overdose
however, you can wait a little, and you can have it without water... or even in a bathroom if you want some privacy...
