Well, a boy can look like a girl in several ways. First, he could dress like a girl (girl's clothing, jewelry, make-up, etc.). He could also get his hair cut to be like a girl's; bangs, and at least ear-length hair. He could shave his legs; that's a girlie thing. Water balloons make good fake boobs. It's amazing what a good corset and bra can do for a figure. Then make up and a wig. Smiddy thinks it can be done.

Men are visually oriented. We look first at the physcial. But our "image" of a woman is colored by other factors. Over time, as we build memories, shared experiences, etc. our image changes... softer and warmer with shared joy, harsher and more angular with pain, anger, etc. That's why an old man can look at an old woman and think she's the most beautiful woman on earth. His visual image of her is overlayed with years of wonderful experiences... he literally sees her differently. Our image of a woman is very, very seldom what she sees in the mirror.
But, at first, its the physical. Each guy is different there, and tends to focus on the things he judges to be most attractive. For virtually all of us worth having, however, the eyes (and the thoughts, emotions and desires behind them) are the most important.
