Since it's such a mass-produced magazine, probably not worth much at this time. My suggestion would be to put it in an archival quality sleeve & keep it somewhere for 30-40 years.
p.s. - have you seen the follow-up story they did on her? The photographer/author went back & actually found her - was able to recognize her by her eyes . . . get that issue to go with your original & keep the two together; might add to the future value of your magazine.

Tell your mad sister in that picture over there to be normal!!
Then auction it in around 45 years.
