0kay, so if hes a friend, or a classmate, call him and ask him something, wether its something about work , or h.w. Get him talking a little about an interisting topic, like wether or not hes watching soccer, does he like it, so on. MAKE HIM FEEL CONFORTABLE AROUND YOU. iF THE CONVERSATION GOES WELL(by the way, dont talk for too long. Talk a little, and then say something like, Oh, sorry, i have to go. If you feel like he wants to talk more, tell him youll him back,)talk to him if u c him face to face. If he likes talking 2 u, he'll call u back.

he'll say.. ohhhh okay it's me blah di blah blah..
then you say.. WOAH how the hell did i get your number? Oh man i'm sorry.. anyway, what's going on? etc etc.. okay i'm gonna keep your number whether you like it or not.
