Is all this rhetoric by the born again Christians against Islam a way to rationalize the slaughter of Muslims?

Seems to me that there is a growing "BIG LIE" about Islam. My belief is that once the people get worked up enough against Muslims, it will become okay to slaughter them. THE SAME TECHNIQUE WAS USED BY HITLER TO KILL JEWS

TO THE GUY WHO WATCHES THE SCI FI CHANNEL FOR HIS NEWS. BE AWARE THAT HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF MUSLIMS HAVE BEEN KILLED BY THE INVADING AMERICAN ARMY. THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF/ A BORN AGAIN CHRISTIOAN WIITH THE RELIGIOUS RIGHT-WING FIRMLY BEHIND HIM

Are you serious? Do you know why the U.S. went to Bosnia? Do you know what's going on in the Sudan? The crusades started when Muslims invaded the Christians holy land. After the 1st war,christians defeated the muslims.Christianity was not impressed upon muslims, they were allowed to continue their faith.A century or so later muslim tribes banned together and drove the Christians out of what is now Isreal,Syria and Jordan.But it didn't stop there,they moved into eastern Europe. if you were not a muslim or immeidiatly convert to islam you were killed.I'm sure most have knowledge of Prince Vlad. Think about it.He was not invading the Muslim,Ottoman empire, he was trying to repel a Muslim invasion of his country- Romania. The Koran teaches death to infidels( all non-muslims).There is nothing in the New Testament about killing people who don't share your beliefs.P.S.-the vast majority of humanitarian aid throughout the world comes from those evil,mean-spirited Christians.

No, you have it wrong. The world directed their hate towards Germans during and after the war- they looked at all Germans as Nazis (and who could blame them- Hitler was nothing short of the devil.) It's the way human nature works- people have a tendency to be afraid or hate the group as a whole- just like you are directing your hate towards "born again" Christians. Once the war is over- things will settle down after a while and people will fear Muslims less and less. Hey- 9-11 can make a "hate-monger" out of the best of us. And if I remember correctly- it was Saddam who slaughtered Muslims, not "born-again" Christians. Please get your facts straight before you post.

Why born again christians? They all seem to be fanatics who think they know far better than the bible and all their religious leaders.

What ever the religion there is not a hope in hell of peace until religions stop trying to dictate to non believers and all religion is removed completely from politics.

What ever Bush or Blaire says in politics, as soon as they start spouting about their religious duty etc it is a gift to any other religious group to say they are continuing the war of Christianity against the infidel.

Let's not forget after the rise of Islam in the 700s, Moslems invaded Europe and slaughtered many Christians. Western Europe did not completely rid themselves of the Islamic menace until 1492.

nicely...i'm getting that from my father and mother plenty. and that i do agree that its terrible, so what i did became do lots of the flaws that my father and mother advised me no longer to do and be conscious even if or not they are proper or incorrect or perhaps if i felt gentle with it. i'm a muslim too, yet born one besides the undeniable fact that, yet i have wondered this faith all this time and that i realized that it kept me from a wholle lotta issues. What you probable do not realize is why your mom is performing this way? Did you're taking a seat such as her and requested her why she switched over? Or what surpassed off? She will be over doing what the religion says because she probable went by something and is awfully afraid about you (which matches on with my mum too). sit down with your mum and communicate, see whats happening, and that i dont imagine u have something agains the religion u're probable having a complicated time dealing/comprehend-how with ur mum.

You know what bothers me and this goes for the Muslim extremists that call us infidels as well as the Fundamentalist Christians....Jesus has an active part in both religions. They are very similar. Why can't we just accept each other, differences and all, and get along. I still don't understand why it's ok to preach murder when it clearly states in most Holy Books, including the Bible, that murder is wrong.

It's just another misuse of the pulpit to preach against the nature of Christ's teachings: a very old theme, but as true today as it was centuries ago.

Whoa....thank you that is so true! As a muslim too, I know that while people do in fact like me, they are not too happy about me being Muslim. The same thing is going to happen to us if we as human beings don't put a stop to it.
