If a person is going straight, they have the right away. If their both turning, I say the person that was at the light first goes.

In California it is law that the car on the right has the right of way. But since u live in Ohio, it would be intelligent to just look at a vehicle code book or driver's handbook. U can also ask your local Highway patrol or state police & even ask them to show U the law in the book. In Cal. no one follows the right- of- way laws anyway. Asking this question here can get u the wrong answer & thus a ticket or accident.

If the two drivers are going straight or turning on different direction will be no problem, otherwise the right of way will be to the one closer to the turn.

it depends on the direction that each car is turning, but it would be the car that is to the right of the other car, hence "right of way"

usually the person who is more in a hurry, and more agressive, i know if i pull up at the same time as a 70 y.o. woman i know damn sure im going first weather or not she likes it
