well the real question I have is why would you want to anyway? I mean if he doesn't like you for who you are then you don't need him anyway, there are plenty of guys that would like you without second guessing. On the other hand if you did something intentional and it's caused him to not like you then you could try apologizing or show him the better side of you and try to make it up to him somehow. You should never try to change a guy though, they don't like it and it's usually a fruitless effort, they never change truly. If it takes that much work, forget it and move on.

The sad thing is you can't. The more you try the more you will push him away. You have to decide if it's worth or to you to lose him completely or accept what you have.
