Guys must start first. You will be ashamed if he rejects you. If he likes you, then he will let you know. Besides, you can tell him without actually telling him. Show him that you care of him, and do the things that he likes. Maybe one day he'll realize that you like him. Wish you the best! =)

hey girl be thankful he wants you as a friend.
Being his friend only is far better than him not wanting you at all.
