Why do people think politician's are all crooks?

every one knows what they are doing it's sort of like hiding in plan site.. no one has the power to change what they are doing .. The only one that could have made some changes in america is Worren buffit and he just gave his money away to some country that uses it to start fires with and use it as tolet paper ..We need to take care of our own befor giving away our riches.. There is americans dieing every day that need that money .. Worrin helping starts at home first then if any money is left give it to however you like....

Politicians are crooks, haven't you paid attention at all? And yes, we have the power to change, but most citizens are too damn lazy to actually get up and vote. If we all voted to remove the politicians we have in office and replace them with actual representatives, we could. That is the beauty of democracy. The problem is the few people like me who actually want to change the way it is can't get the general public to "wake up" and actually do something.

Many politicians (and i know some personally) are well meaning folks trying to make a positive difference. They are stuck in a system which you might say is bad but it's better than many countries. I think you should become a politician and change things for the better. It's a difficult thing because many folks just assume you are a crook. You should see what you can do to make a positive difference in this situation. First start getting to know your legislators and see if there are any you like and can work on their campaign and influence. If the media is your only source of information, and you don't know the politicians yourself then you might not have all the correct information.

Unfortunately History Is A Strange Thing And Leaves A Deep Impression ON Every ones Mind A While Ago when the political body of the United States Became Corrupted for the first time everyone just got use to it and it will take more active voters and participants to change the mindset of politics and the united states for that matter.Because afterall Bush is A HORRIBLE!!!! People on this site like the broad brush, I have been guilty of this a time or two, but I like to think about what I am saying. If all politicians are crooks what does that say about crooks. We have a Parliment of Whore's because too often politics leads to strange Bedfellows.

HuH? You're saying two things here. I think the reason people think all politicians are crooks is the same reason bigots think all Blacks are criminals or all Latinos sell drugs. We don't hear much about the good politicians or the successful minorities; we hear plenty about the bad ones so people assume that they all must be bad. Generalizations are usually wrong.
