Really tough call here. Argentina has played very well (with the exception of the draw with the Netherlands), but Germany has played well, too, and has home-field advantage.
I'm going to have to go with Germany on PK tie-breaker.
And it looks like I called it correctly, as Germany won, 4-2, on PKs after a 1:1 draw in regulation and overtime!

Argentina are at present technically playing better than Germany. However Germany are not too far behind Argentina and not to mention they have home support.
which ever team plays better and not wilt under pressure along with the right combination of attack, midfield and defence will win.
It is tough to answer but i will go with Germany.

Argentina have always been a strong team and this team is definitely no different. As for germany they surely can win this. My opinion is they'll go for penalties!
