Well, you should be able to burn off the fat, but I am not sure how well. Don't do too much at a time because you don't want to get overheated :) Also, if you don't already, eat healthy so you don't defeat the purpose of doing ddr for weight loss. Hey, its good practice for DDR and DDR is a more fun way to exercise, so thats good :)

Yes.
my friend did like 2 songs a day for like a year and lost about 30 lbs.
but in order to do that, you still need to have a healthy diet
(btw, try "workout mode"

Weight loss = reduced intake or increased outout. Go on a diet and start real workout, e.g., walking or running. Don't go by weight alone. Calculate your body mass at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Body_mass_index . I hate to say this, but the wording of your question is a bit anorexic. Be careful, feel good about yourself, and good luck.

Not only will you not lose weight and remain a fat a**,
It also won't improve your dance skills.
Go take a jog or call jenny craig or something.

i think your weight is normal, i wouldn't lose 21 pounds, seems dangerous for someone your age. and plus you'll gain muscle.
