the most horrific way i could think off was in a story called dark angel (not the tv series with jessica alba) this guy kidnapped a girl and took her to this old mansion. he stabbed her inbetween 2 vertibrae so she was paralysed but still able to feel pain. then he took a scalpel and slowly started peeling her skin off from every inch of her body. if she passed out he'd wait till she woke up to start again. he only peeled the very top layer of skin so she didn't bleed to death.then he rubbed vinegar onto her! thats gross! also by the same author (graeme masterton) this guy stabbed another guy in the eye with a fork making sure he missed the major optical nerves so the eye still worked. then he prised it out of the socket. that was also gross. in another one of his stories he broke into a house with a young family in it, nailed the dad onto the floor with rail road nails right through his hands and backs of his knees. did the same to his wife in front of him, raped his wife. nailed the couple's young kids to the wall, splashed them with petrol and set them alight. then he put the fire out making sure the kids were burnt enough to be within an inch of death and he left. the dad of the family, seeing his loved ones in so much pain ripped his hands and knees off these nails, crawled to a drawer, took out a gun and shot his kids, his wife and himself! nasty!

Hostel was one big gross out. But one of the Freddy Kruger movies where there's a deaf kid and Freddy poses as the deaf kids mother and he's like "we need to clean your ears out" and the q-tip is really big (if I'm remembering correctly) and he sticks it in one of the kid's ears and it comes out the other and there's blood and tears and that's all I can remember. I'm not sure if he dies from that, but it's horrible.

The way the guy died in Texas Chainsaw Masacre where he hanged him on the huge fish hook from his back.......And as Jessica Biel found him and tried helping him out....All that pain...and her not being able to lift him off so he falls back onto the hook and she just ends up stabbing him in the chest cause that's what he wanted......THE AGONY!!!!

TV show ... ha u should see the movie Hostel. Now that's just torture. Very gruesome. I couldn't watch a TV show if it was like that movie.

Falling from a second story window onto a stake in a wrought iron fence and getting impaled. that would be pretty painful, methinks.
