Michael Landon was a much different person in real life than the characters he portrayed on TV. He was a real terror on the set, according to the cast members he worked with. I'm sure he drank alcohol, but as to whether or not he abused it is uncertain.

Just about everyone uses alcohol.. If you mean abused alcohol, then I dont know.
