This information is easy to obtain using NETSTAT command.

Go to the "DOS Prompt" or "Command Prompt"
Type

NETSTAT

For example, if you want to redisplay the TCP/IP connections every 10 seconds, type:

NETSTAT 10

Press ENTER

I am assuming you are using a wireless router,if you have the manual find what the router i.p address is ,go into router settings look at the logs and also see if there is a link to attached devices..Usual router i.p.'s are 192.168.0.1,username:admin password:password
