That's just wrong. How would you feel if you knew some 40 yr. old was messing with your 19 yr. old daughter. I would have a fit and be ready to kick some ***. That girl is just a kid. She hasn't reached true maturity in any way, shape, or form. Leave the kid alone and go for a real woman. She can never do anything for you as young as she is. Don't ruin her life and make her a bitter young woman already. End it as peacefully as possible so she can be with boys, yes boys, her own age.

I was in a similar situation last year, had been going with a young woman for about 12 months, the attraction of the relationship was that it wasnt meant to be serious, just fun for the two of us, but unfortunately in the end she wanted more, and there was no way i was willing to lose maybe half of everything i owned. Think very carefully before you make a decision that will be life changing.

Ok, if you stay with 19 y.o. she will leave you for somebody younger (just the way you want to do it now) but at the same time you not happy with your sex life at home but you love the woman..right?
Now imagine that your woman at home would leave you just because of sex, so just do something about your sex routine at home instead of ruining everything.
Sex is a great thing but not everything in the relationship, you can improve your sex life if you trust your partner.
And remember you are not 16 anymore you don't have to worry about every young skirt around ..there is more to it.
The hard part is not leaving your partner ..the hard part is regretting it after you leave.
Good luck , I believe there is more to you than just sex addict.

Sounds to me like you've got yourself into something that you won't be able to get out of easily. It doesn't matter whether you leave your partner for this 19 year old or not. Your Partner is gonna find out either way because, if you don't tell her, I think your 19 year old will.
Perhaps you should learn to think with your head and not your dick in future!!

you're having a mid-life crisis and making a mess of things. get a grip on your dignity and get some councelling. you are stealing time off the young woman, time that isn't yours to take and if you cared for her you'd let her go. your 'woman' is sure to know what you're upto and is probably condescending to you by letting you be a little boy. grow up and stop fearing death and you'll feel better.
