Just because she's gay, she's attracted to you?
Even if she is, so what? Tell her your not interested and move on with the friendship.

The best way to deal with any relationship to be honest and bring the matter out into the open, if you think she is gay and she is, except her for what she is and make sure she does the same towards you. If she has feelings for you then chances are here motives may not be as a true friend, at this point you have a decision to make.

Well, you should probably be a good friend and tell her that you don't care if she is gay,but make sure she KNOWS that you are not interested in having a gay relationship with her.You should also invite her over and realy show her what God has to say about homosexuality and try and lead her out of this phase she is goig through before it ruins ya'lls friendship

What is making you think she fancies you? Are you sure? Or is it because you aware she is gay, you are a bit paranoid she might confuse your friendship as something more?
If she makes a move or suggests anything, that is the time to say gently that you love her as a friend but nothing else. Otherwise, don't assume anything, it could lose you a good mate.

If she is your friend she will already know that you are straight and she won't do anything to you and she won't want to make you feel uncomfortable.
She is still your friend and you can love her as your friend without anything sexual happening between you. I hope that you can understand how she is feeling as well. Be careful about hurting her feelings. Let her know that you really enjoy being her friend, but that there is no romantic attraction there... just the same as you would if one of your guy friends fancied you and you weren't interested.

I am not gay either but I believe the biggest misconception that gay people have to deal with is that they chase after/fancy EVERYONE gay or straight. If your friend is close enough to you to tell you she`s gay you should feel close enough to her to talk to her about your thoughts and i`m sure she`ll put your mind at rest.

Don't worry about it. If she knows you are straight, she probably won't do anything. Straight friends are also intimate, so do not let the fact that she is gay get to you. She has the right to be any orientation, and it's no ones business really. It is for her to figure out. Also refer to the Bible for God's word on sexuality.

You should be sure that Rosie is a lesbian and is attracted to you in a romantic sense before acting upon any of the advices above. The basic thing is that you should try to tell your feelings in unclear signs or bodylanguage; Girls decipher better. But, please check if that really is the case.

If she does fancy you, tell her honestly that, even though, you're flattered, you cannot pursue this relationship.
Just say the things you usually say when a boy you're not interested in fancies you: not the right time, not your type, we can still be friends, etc.

i'm having the same issue. i think my friend is gay also. i ask her all the time and she tells me no. i have no problem with it at all if she is but sometimes she acts like she likes me. she buys me stuff like a boyfriend would buy like perfume, shoes, etc. i'm not gay but if i were she wouldn't be my type but maybe she's just the type of person who does things like that for her friends.

I felt the same vibes from a friend of mine once. Just be a good friend but NO TOUCHING! Perhaps she needs just a good friend as an example of straight rules...go with that.
