From a CD?

Get the latest Edition of Windows Media Player (if you have windows). I belive it's 10, but I'm not positive.

Use that to first "Rip" the songs, and then they should be on your library. From there you can sync them to an MP3, burn them to a CD... whatever it is you want to do.

Or are you looking to use a site to get a URL for the song???

Where do you want to upload it to? Usually the site you are uploading to has instructions for upload.
