Put on the slipper. Take the inside ribbon and cross it over the arch of your foot. Wrap it around your ankle once (the end should come to the inside of your ankle again i.e. ±1½ times).
Now hold this end in place while winding the outside ribbon around the same way. Make sure the ribbons hadn't folded or fumbled up, and is lying flat against your foot and ankle.
Tie the double-knot securely in the INSIDE of your ankle, otherwise it might put pressure on the achilles-tendon while you are dancing. Tuck in the ends neatly, and secure them there if you are going to perform on stage.
Remember that, if you are talking about tying pointe-shoe ribbons, you should sit down and hold your foot in the full point position while tying - never tie ribbons flat-footed for pointes.

Take the inside ribbon, cross around the ankle and wrap around until you have about two inches left. Take the outside ribbon, cross, and wrap around. Make sure the ribbon is on the INSIDE of your ankles when you tie a square knot (double tie). Then tuck your ribbons.

Slip on the shoe, grab both ribbons and pull them straight up, then cross them over the front of your ankle, making an X, pull them around the back of your ankle, again forming an X, then
straight forward wrapping around the front of your leg, then back around again to the back of your leg. Now, tie the ribbon in a bow there at the back of your leg. It should be good and snug.

You wrap the ribbons around your ankles 3-4 times it depends on the length of your ribbons. Usually you tie the ribbons in a small double knot in the back of your ankle. Then neatly tuck the rest of the ribbon inside of your wrapped ribbon on your ankle.

Technique or pointe?
Techinique shoes should have the elastic pulled as tight as is comfortable and then tied into a secure knot. The excess elastic should then be trimmed.
Ponite shoe ribbons should be crossed over your arch and then wrapped around 1.5 times to knot at the inside of the ankle. Knotting them in back can create permanent damage to your achilles tendon and other anatomy.
Whay hasn't your teacher taught you this? When you get your pointe shoes, one entire class period should be showing you how to sew them, checking fit, cutting ribbons, showing you how to protect your feet, and how to tie them correctly. If you don't have a teacher, you shouldn't be buying pointe shoes. . .

You take the two ribbons. You cross them in over each other in the front. Cross them over at the back and then keep crossing them until you tie a small not at the back of your ankle.

If you danced en pointe you would know and would not need to ask this qestion. If you don't dance, and you're trying pointe shoes you're probably going to hurt yourself. Plus, regular ballet slippers don't tie. Only the ribbons on pointes do.
