dont know her moms side of the familey and is an only child

It could happen at any time. Have her start putting pads in her purse in case she starts it when school starts up again or if she is out and about with friends.

Thats just when I got mine.. I was 12 during the summer,
The same underarm deal, and the boobs were not that big, so yeah. Same sizes and such
And I was that weight range. And that height range.
"She" will get it I think soon

Why do you want to know? Just tell her to enjoy being a child while she still is one. She'll get it by the time she's eighteen.

well she can get it at any age it's just that her puituitary glands are not ready and it will start delveloping and she will get her period but there's no right time but just wait !

it can happen any time have her start wearing pads now and have her carry them around with her because she can start anytime now....!!
