I had a 6 months policy for comcast that was 35 a month. Now my bill is shooting up to 95 dollars a month! so I cancelled it and now I dont know what other cable services there are. Can anyone help me out. I live in New Jersey.

Many places have no choice in cable. You might try satellite. It's generally cheaper.

I would contact Dish Network, as they seem to have the best deals. One caveat: make sure that where ever you live you have a clear view of the Southern sky. It seems that the satellite Dish Network uses sits in a rather odd position in the sky that is not always available everywhere.
I've been in the same postion you are and have gone back to plain old broadcast "free tv". You cannot get great stations, but you cannot beat the price.
