whats the best thing and worst thing about your job?

Best Thing: Helping people through their difficulties.

Worst Thing: Dealing with cranky, upset, angry, in-denial patients; and patients who weren't warned by their doctors that examination and tests would take up to four hours and most of that is waiting time.

I work in Pre-Admission where patients have to be examined and tested before they get the go-ahead for surgery.

I do customer service for a cell phone company. Though the company is great they do try and treat us well. Customer's over explaining! We hear the same question all day. I take 92 calls per day and my quality is at 95% so when I say this don't think ow she just doesn't show empathy or is nice at all. If you have a billing question saying I have a problem with this. We have the power to do anything to your acct.; but if it's way against policy you have to have a really good reason and a supervisor has the same power I do and if I tell them a legit reason why I'm not willing to do it leave it. All of us think this way and just want to get it done if we can. I really like the people I work with and the environment is fun:)
