I can jump really high on the trampoline and grab the rafters and hang from it for a while.

Um... is there another kind of gymnastics other than gymnastics gymnastics? I used to do it when I was younger but I had to choose between that and dance... I've kept some of the flexibility because of dance, but all I can really do now is cartwheels, somersaults, backward rolls... the more basic stuff... I haven't been on the bars for forever, and I can still do beam if I want to, but that's just the balance I get from dance.

Me. I can do a standing and round-off back handspring. I'm working on my double standing and hope to be working on a back tuck soon
