Coca Cola and Brasso. WHat you would want to do is first put some regular coca cola on the brass plaque and find a way to get it to stay there. The acid in the coke would eat away the crap on the plaque. After that, rinse it off with water and dry it with a rag. Follow instructions on the brasso package for the final cleaning and shining procedure.

1)Please buy a liquid called 'Brazo' or 'Brasso' and apply it on the surface of the things u want to clean using old cloths and wait for 2 minutes and rub wipe them many a times. Finally use a nice cloth and wipe for the last time.
2) you can also use tamrin to clean bronze or brass vessels or utensils

Spot test it with Brasso! That stuff works fantastic, and it doesn't damage the metal.
