if they love eachother....can a good friendship become a great relationship if the two people are complete opposites....

I believe that i was a little too general with the "changes" part of my question, so here are more details....

What if what the woman was trying to change wasnt his personality or anything major that would take away from the man being himself?....let's say she just wanted him to just make "better choices", when it came to their relationship....

Like for example, he has chosen to not call the woman at least once a day....actually he once let days pass before he even called or txted to see if she was atleast alive....and what if the woman wanted him to make time for her?....which he never does...and what if she wanted him to show more affection and worry about her?....
Someone please tell me, can a woman influence/ change a man to be a better man to her???....treated as she desreves to be treated?.....

No ... people, men or women can't be changed into what they feel is important in their lives.

Perhaps what you need from him and what he is willing to give aren't the same.

He will only change if it is what he wants to do ... nothing you can do to make that happen.

Good luck.

Of course a woman CAN change a man. Now, that being said, be prepared for all that might follow this! He may become bitter, because he'll know he was changed by a force outside of himself. He may be resentful, since he's turning into someone he's really not by nature. If it's meant to be between the two of you, then you should both likely change to some extent in order to be sensitive to the needs of the other person, but also change at your own pace, at your own will, because you want to be accomodating to that significant other. On the other hand, if he is not sensitiive to your needs, and you simply can't deal with that, my serious recommendation is to find another more fitting to your needs, because that more perfect man is out there somewhere - he's also looking for you! Good luck!

msdre2425,
The answers to your question are already in your question. Think about how you are being treated.... Do you think it will get better? Wrong. The guy is just a player, using you, and making time for you on his terms. It's not a relationship that will stand the test of time.

You have to want to be treated a certain way and not put up with less than that. Love yourself and others will love you.

So can you change a man to be a better man to you? The answer is no. To can't change a person. They have to change themselves. Work on you, and if you can't accept the way someone is treating you.... move on.

The short answer to your question is... No. A woman cannot change a man. For that matter, a man cannot change a woman. The only person who can change a man... is that man.

You can INFLUENCE someone, sales people do it all the time, I'll tell you how in a minute... but you have no control over their actions.

Here's the thing, you can influence someone... you just have to find out what it is they want. In this case, maybe he wants freedom, or maybe he's afraid he's going to miss out on something by dating just one woman. Find out what it is he wants, and help him to find it in you. The change doesn't come from your conversation with him, the change comes from his conversation with himself.

I hope this helps.

Good luck!
