yes, and i don't like them one bit, but it does make it easier for the nurse to find a vein when you go for a blood test, at least she doesn't have to prod about your arm, she sees the vein straight away.

yes, but i have collapsible veins which means the nurse has a lot of trouble getting any blood out of me...ouch!!

Yeah, after a good hard workout or something, they're a lot more evident, but I can see them anytime.

Yep sure can. I think the less body fat you have the more they are visable. also the greater amount of oxygen the bluer they appear

I can see some of them, especially around my fingers, and elbow area. Though, when I was heavier, I couldn't see them at all.

Yes, sometimes its natural but sometimes you can get it from things like weightlifting, thats how I got it.
