Because this world sucks and he knew it would just keep getting worse. 2Pac, more than any other rapper ever, saw the world for what it really was. He wasn't caught up in the bling. He was looking for a better place, a better society. That, as we all can see, isn't happening here on earth.

His call is in straight forward words alive because he began the dumbest pork in Rap heritage. Plus he became in his so said as "excellent" even as he died (AEOM became sh*t) so him lack of life placed the icing on the cake for him to be immortalized. and thanks to internet you presently have 12 3 hundred and sixty 5 days old fan boys who've heard Hit Em Up and call 2pac the desirable rapper of all time. i'm incredibly certain he knew he became going to die even as 6 days after he became shot.

it could be a metaphor for his music. he could mean that after he died he didnt want people making money off of his name like they are doing now.
