Office is hotter than Pharaohs flip flop, having a lousy day at work, the sun is cracking the pavement outside and, being single ive no one to tell me what I can and can-not do so, here’s where you all come in ……..
Im considering leaving work right now and heading for the local pub, nice beer garden overlooking the river, several pints and catch some rays, you can see why I need a quick answer!
Ladies, feel free to criticise this behaviour, even if you’re only kidding, kind of miss it somehow :-)

I am a huge fan of what I like to call a "mental health day" or in your case "mental health afternoon". Go for it as long as you are honest with your boss.
