Talent is something you were genetically born with that you can develop to become better at. Such as a musically talented person. If you were not born with any musical talent you cannot create it.You might be able to mimic someone else but true talent is born. A talent for talking to people, yes you can be educated in this field, but there are people who are just natural born conversationalists. Luck,is something that happens by chance, a draw of straws or roll of the dice or cards. You can control it to a point. Depending on the variables involved. In someways luck is how some people see natural born talent because it was left up to chance how the genes arranged themselves to create this person. Others see it as a gift from GOD and see it as planned.

Both of them are gifted. One is given by your parents and you have it always. The other is given by other people (and some think it is God ) and it may not happen all the time. Although both of them can make you more success and famous .Anyway if you don't have talent and rely only on luck .You won't success . But if you don't have luck and depend only on talent you can still be successful. The other difference is that talent is owned by yourself and it is with you all the time whereas luck may appear once and never comes again. So talent is better than luck becuase you can control it and make use of it .

As an example...if you are fishing and someone happens to walk by, what's the first thing they say...."any luck today?".
I'm sorry, but I spend a great deal of time perfecting my fishing skills and have caught tons of fish while sitting right next to someone who doesn't catch any.
It's not luck if you work hard to learn the necessary skills. Luck is hitting the lottery (unless of course you are using a strategy that you have developed and it helps your odds of winning).
It is also possible for someone to have more luck if they are using their talent to increase their chances. This is where the line blurs.

Talent and luck sometimes go together. But in general, Talent is aquired while luck is a positive random event that affects you directly or indirectly.

first, you shouldn't wait till the day before to do this research (sounding like a mother) now, on to your question. talent comes from being born with it but also working at it and improving on your god given gift. luck is something that happens when you least expect it. it's a surprise and unknown till it happens. talent is something you are always with and something given from birth.
now, if your are "lucky" you will do good tomorrow with your oral exam. good "luck"

I've been selling software for 10 years and technology sales is a churn and burn industry where you can work your a$$ of and do the right things but if your opportunities aren't ready to advance and purchase with you then you can be pushed out to find a new job. I'd rather be lucky than good any day.

Talent - you may be born with it, but i am sure you can also achieve it, with hard work
Luck - it is said that you make your luck. Maybe sometimes it just happens, but in many times you make, you fabricate, you "bake" your luck (using maybe your talent).
Also, check these out.

Talent is a natural born, life time of practice, nearly perfected SKILL. Luck is a superstitious, hypothetical noun.
