When I email pics from my "my pictures" file, the pics replicate themselves?

When I go to look at my pics, for each time I've emailed them, there are the same amount of copies of the pics in my file. Why does this happen? And, more to the point, how do I stop it??

Ure pc need a windows patch, run windows update immediately and get the patch.
