How to get a preset shapes menu in Jasc Paint Shop Pro?

In your PSP window there are various icons.
One of these icons is the paint brush and another is preset shapes.
Click on the preset shapes Icon.

Now you need the tools option pallet.
Click view and tool bars.

Mouse over the blue bar of the tools option pallet to see the shapes that are available. There is a dropdown list with all the shapes. Select the one that you want.

In your image click and drag to create a new shape layer.
Use the layer option pallet to change any details of the shape like line width or fill colour etc.
