If William were to take the throne when married she would be Queen. The reason that Prince Phillip is a prince and not King is because it was his wife (Queen Elizabeth 2) that took the throne and to call him King would be giving him a higher rank than the rightful monarch, which isn't allowed.

If William were to marry now, she would be Princess. Upon his coronation, she would become Queen. If Queen Elizabeth is still alive, but had stepped down in favor of William, she would be called either the Dowager Queen or the Queen Mother. Prince Phillip is a Prince because the rank of King is higher than Queen. Since Elizabeth II is Queen, making her husband King would outrank her. It has nothing to do with his religion or where he's from.

If Wills were to ascend the throne, his wife would be Queen Consort. Just to clear up any confusion, HM Majesty the Queen (the nice old dearie with her head on the stamps and money) and Prince Big Ears would have to either pass away or abdicate in order for Wills to be King.

Yes, his wife would be the Queen. The Princess Consort title that Camilla is purportedly taking when Charles becomes King is a special occurrence because of the circumstances surrounding her marriage to Prince Charles. It wouldn't apply to the wife of Prince William.

Wife of a ruling king is always a queen, but the husband of a ruling queen is not a king, this is because a king takes precedence over a queen, so that is why Albert and Phillip were/are Princes.

She would be Princess of Wales, until he ascends the throne. At which point she would become Queen. The only time this is reversed is when the Monarch is a female.

When there is a King there is always a Queen, but when there is a Queen the husband becomes a Prince, don't know why, or care but this is just common history.
And if the Queen was still alive, she would be the Queen mother
