you need to be at least 6 ft or you wont get through the entrance exam... and be able to play with big balls
You also need to be black I believe since the Harlem Globetrotters are the first all-black team but that might have changed now.

Anybody can if you know how to dribble and you're a good trickster. It also takes someone with a heck of a personality.
