What can I eat to help raise my metabolism?

because your metabolism slows down, but you eat the same.
Those are the areas that are prone to fat storage.

It could be something as simple as estrogen. I had what is called back fat around my waist above my butt, and my doctor told me that it was an increase in estrogen. Even, if I worked out and lost weight, that it might go down but it would never go away. Gravity is also a factor and so is slow metabolism. Start to exercise and watch what you eat. That might help too.
