3RD PART: HELPDESK PEOPLE: What type of differnce do you see between MAC user vs. PC Users? do the PC users seem more knowledgble on there systems, were as MAC seem to be less knowledgeable?

This is like the old chestnut of Beta versus VHS. The fact is that IBM is the common standard not mac. Jules, Australia.

From a support perspective Mac users tend to have more attitude then PC users. They almost seem to act snobbish about the fact they use a Mac. At first I thought it was a fluke thing but after 12 years of supporting both I've rarely met a Mac user that didn't cop an attitude.

1st part: They don't annoy me, I'm now one of them.
2nd part: They are ignorant and don't like change.
3rd part: Mac users who need support are more needy. They check up on you all the time. PC Users think they know things but don't.
Bottom Line, Don't do tech support less they pay you alot of money!
